About the Role

We're seeking a personable, professional, and dependable

Night Receptionist

to join our team. As the first point of contact during evening hours, you'll play a key role in ensuring guests feel welcome, cared for, and confident in our service.

What We're Looking For

A warm, engaging personality and genuine passion for hospitality Previous experience handling guest queries, feedback, and requests Familiarity with

MEWS PMS

is highly desirable A proactive, guest-focused approach to service Strong communication skills with a professional and personable manner Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow with the team

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service and support to guests throughout the night Maintain hotel safety and security during overnight hours Proactively manage guest enquiries, taking initiative to resolve issues professionally Work collaboratively with all departments, ensuring accurate night reports and smooth handovers Handle front desk and telephone communications efficiently and courteously Stay knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions to assist guests effectively Ensure the hotel is well-prepared for the next business day Support with night auditing and maintaining operational standards
