Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club - Didsbury

This Job opening could be just what you are looking for. You would be joining an ever-expanding business with endless opportunities. As a Night porter at the Waterside Hotel and Leisure club you will be able to ensure the standards of the hotel are adhered to and the safety and wellbeing of our customers is maintained.

Our ideal candidate will have similar experience in customer service roles. You should be Clean, Friendly and Well-Maintained with a good telephone manner. Being competent in basic Mathematics and having fantastic written and spoken English skills would also be required. It is also important to be able to work on your own, be self-motivated and be able to plan your time, ensuring all tasks are completed.

A knowledge of Protel is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

Check in/out guests providing a quick and concise experience.

Completing reservations online or over the telephone.

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests/members.

Completing floor-walks and building security checks.

Maintaining our Clean, Friendly and Well-Maintained workplace, throughout the night.

Serving our guests in the bar area.

Cleaning of communal areas.

Recording guests' entry into the leisure club.
