The Quays Hotel Sheffield are looking to recruit a

Night Team Member

to join a fantastic team at the 4 star 128 bedroom establishment in Sheffield City Centre.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly flexible personality who strives to exceed customer expectations as well as having a willingness to learn and develop within the hospitality industry.



The hours of work are 32-40 hours per week, working four or five shifts over seven days, shift start and finish times are typically 23:00 - 07:00 and include weekendsbank holidays. Key responsibilities of this role include:

To provide a warm, welcoming and friendly environment Management of guest arrivals and departures Cashiering duties To provide guests with information and assistance as required Reservations handling Telephone handling Luggage assistance Reconciliation of payments, revenue streamsclosing of business date, and the completion of all other Night Audit procedures Assist with security and in emergency situations All other duties as directed

The ideal candidate:

Always delivers exceptional customer service in a professional manner Is personable and presentable Works well both as part of a team and on own initiative, and with a good level of common sense Has a keen eye for detail with the ability to find, trace and correct anomalies Is highly reliable and very flexible with working patterns Has a strong willingness to learn and is keen to develop and progress within the hospitality industry
