Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months Fluent in English Excellent Verbal Communication skills

Desirable Requirements:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to study towards) Experience in a similar role is preferred

Note: We do not consider Care Assistants/Support Workers with experience working with Adults/Dementia/Domiciliary or any CQC provision to be a similar role.

About the Role:


We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Night Support Workers to join the team in Wolverhampton WV7. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs during waking nights.


Responsibilities:

Provide support to young people during waking nights, offering assistance with any issues or concerns that may arise. Complete tasks around the home during quieter periods, such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry. Build rapport and trust with young people, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
