About The Role

An opportunity has arisen within our team, we are seeking to hire an energetic and driven individual as a Security Supervisor.
Must have experience in managing and motivating a team of staff and able to work in a close partnership with the client and reporting directly to the Site Security Lead
Relevant experience in a contract security, supervisory position The ability to identify and deliver all induction & training needs Working knowledge of rota's, annual leave, and sickness management Experience in using payroll systems and other software platforms Previous experience interacting with the client management team and interface with students, staff, and visitors Be familiar with and manage the team to the contents of the Assignment Instructions and SOP's Ability to generate accurate and precise reports in a timely manner Ability to identify any short comings and resolve staffing issues Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience in managing access control system
Essential:
Previous experience Current SIA CCTV and Manned Guarding/Door Supervisors Licence Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Managing an access control system Full UK Driving Licence
