Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, and assisting residents to bed, pressure area care and continence care overnight
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols

Skills:
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Patience and understanding when working with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and perform light housekeeping tasks
