We are recruiting a

Night Shift Manager

for our

Warrington Hub

- Working

Monday to Friday, 21:30 - 06:00.

Our night team keeps operations moving after hours -- receiving, storing and dispatching products safely and on time.


We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Night Shift Manager to lead the team, improve performance and maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

As the

Night Shift Manager,

You will have 15 direct reports from Transport Planning, Warehouse Supervisory and Van & HGV Drivers. We will be looking for you to have good shift management and Transport insight to support the drivers out making routed deliveries across our Branch Network, Manage escalations and Communicate across the teams on the Nights Outputs.


Ideally, you will come from Shift Team Lead or Supervisor background, looking for the next step up and to utilise your skills and experiences to make impactful changes and support the operation in meeting Targets, SLA's and KPIs.

Role Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team of 15, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and performance metrics. Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for you to have:



Proven experience in Shift Team Lead/Supervisor or Manager positions Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in transport management software and Microsoft Office Suite
