Job Description

We are looking a flexible, punctual Production Supervisor to work on the night shift. The successful candidate must have a hands on, can-do attitude

with attention to detail.

This is a varied role which will involve all aspects of production running semi automatic machinery, manual assembly, trouble shooting issues and leadership.

The successful candidate will be working on a night shift pattern after training running from 6.00 pm to 6.30 am x 3 days per annum.

Training will take place Mon- Fri 8-5 for the first month.

Activities include:

Manage, develop and appraise one member of the team. Trouble shoot issues as they arise. Light industrial bench assembly work. Running fully and semi automated machinery to produce flexible braided hose. To identify rejects and follow the quality procedures for rejecting goods. Ensure the correct process flow is adopted. Ensuring works orders are followed to avoid rejects and ensuring timely completion of jobs to a high standard. Accurately record and enter individual throughput data on relevant paperwork. Ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures. In support of Health & Safety procedures, at all times ensure that you conduct yourself in a manner safe to self and others.

Pay: 35,000.00-37,000.00 per year
