Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to customers Bubble tea making and food preparing Process transactions accurately Maintain a tidy and organised store environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Routine in-store cleaning Participate in company's social media content (occasionally)
We are looking for:
Someone can work from 11pm-6:45am Someone who is passionate about gaming and bubble tea Able to work under pressure and fast phase environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage

Experience:

Expected hours: up to 40 per week
