EMCAS is looking for a

female Night Care Support Worker

to provide 1:1 support for a lovely lady in Louth who requires gentle overnight monitoring. Your presence will help ensure her safety and comfort while allowing her family to rest with peace of mind.

This role is calm, settled, and deeply rewarding -- perfect for someone who enjoys providing reassurance, dignity, and compassionate care through the night.

About the Role

You will support one individual in her own home, offering quiet monitoring and responding sensitively to any needs that arise overnight. This includes providing personal care, which is why a

female carer is essential

for her comfort and dignity.

Your Nightly Responsibilities

Providing peaceful overnight monitoring and reassurance Offering calm companionship if she wakes Recording observations and care tasks using the CareBerry App Promoting independence and respecting her routines Following safeguarding, confidentiality, and EMCAS policies

What We're Looking For

A naturally warm, calm, and caring female carer Someone patient, reassuring, and attentive Strong communication and observational skills Ability to work independently in a 1:1 setting Reliability and commitment to consistent night work Experience in care is welcome, but full training is provided

Shift Pattern

Night shifts:

21:30 - 07:30

Two-week rolling rota:

Week 1:

Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun

Week 2:

Wed, Thu, Fri
