Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the heart of our community. This role is vital in delivering exceptional support to individuals facing challenging circumstances, helping them transition to sustainable independent living. The position is based in GB.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate support to individuals experiencing homelessness. Assist clients with daily living activities and promote independence. Administer medication and ensure compliance with care plans. Develop trusting relationships with service users to foster a supportive environment. Collaborate with local authorities and other partners to enhance service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and needs. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills. Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the community.
