We are currently seeking a reliable and professional
Night Receptionist
to join our team atThe New Thomas Arms Hotel
.This role is ideal for someone with previous hotel or reception experience, who is confident working independently overnight and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting guests during night hours Managing late check-ins and early check-outs Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally Answering phone calls and emails Carrying out basic administrative and reception duties Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel overnight Monitoring the premises and following night-time procedures Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional reception area
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a hotel or reception role preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Calm, professional manner Reliable and punctual
Must be available to work nights, including weekends
