We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating effective time management Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change when necessary Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive atmosphere

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Basic maths skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A personable attitude with excellent communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special events as required
