Staff required for Immediate Start

Holiday Inn Express Castle Bromwich are looking for a dedicated team member to join our close-knit Nights Team. As a Night Guest Service Assistant, you will be the face of the hotel, providing our guests with exceptional service in your unique, friendly way.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be as follows:

Working as part of our great team, reporting to the Night Manager

Helping with the preparation of breakfast

Completing Night Audits

Keeping buffet areas fully stocked with fresh dishes & plates

Basic cleaning tasks

Any other tasks outlined by the Night Manager
