Salary: 50,000 OTE plus company car



Location: Stoke-on-Trent



Hours of work: full-time hours including weekends on a rota

The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for a Sales Controller to support the Sales Manager in the day to day running of the department at our Nissan dealership in Stoke-on-Trent. You will ensure the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of the sales process by maintaining and optimising the systems used. Working closely with various departments across the group, you will ensure all prospecting, campaigns, events and productivity is executed to a high standard.

Required skills as a Sales Controller:

Knowledge and understanding of working within a retail sales environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related systems. Technical ability and analytical mindset. Strong communication skills with both customers and staff. High attention to detail in all aspects of work. Leadership qualities and a drive for growth and development. Flexibility to adapt to changing technology and business requirements. Full UK driving license.
