JOB OPPORTUNITY - SALES CONTROLLER / SELLING BUSINESS MANAGER







Location: Suzuki Mansfield



Reporting to: Suzuki Divisional Head of Sales



Application Deadline: 31st May 2025



Full time role: Monday - Sunday over 5.5 days per week.





Following an internal promotion and as part of our continued success and growth with the Suzuki brand, we are excited to offer an opportunity at Suzuki Mansfield for a Sales Controller / Selling Business Manager.



This dual-role opportunity is ideal for an ambitious, driven individual who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitability, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels.




Key Responsibilities:




Act as a Selling Business Manager, guiding customers through the finance and insurance journey while ensuring FCA compliance.
Oversee day-to-day control of new and used car sales activity, helping to meet and exceed targets.
Support the Sales Manager in managing stock, pricing strategies, and performance reporting.
Coach and mentor, the sales team, driving motivation, professionalism.
Maintain strong relationships with both customers and our finance partners.



What We're Looking For:




A proven track record in automotive sales, with a clear understanding of F&I products and dealership processes.
Strong leadership potential, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
