Non-Working Supervisor

to oversee and support our on-site teams. This role focuses on leadership, safety, and performance - without requiring hands-on tool work.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will be expected to lead by example by promoting a safe working environment. Ensure all tasks follow approved RAMS. Supervise daily site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Act as the central point of contact for operations, reporting, and resolving site issues. Supporting staff welfare, mentoring, and adherence to company standards Understand team strengths and weaknesses, ensure relevant training. Communicate effectively and conduct regular site inspections.
