Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer (6+ PQE) - London



Role Overview

A leading London law firm seeks a Senior Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer (6+ PQE) to join its busy Real Estate and Projects team. This role is suited to a senior associate-level lawyer with solid experience, rather than Partner level.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documents.

Work on major development projects and large-scale real estate transactions.

Support clients across sectors including commercial, residential, infrastructure, and energy.

Contribute to business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Candidate Profile

Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE in non-contentious construction.

Strong technical expertise and a track record advising developers, funders, contractors, and consultants.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Commercial awareness and the ability to develop strong client relationships.

Team-oriented with strong mentoring and client-facing skills.
