North East Depot Manager
to establish and run our brand-new depot in the North East region. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of our operations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the
Depot Manager
, you will be responsible for:
Setting up and managing our new North East depot
Overseeing the day-to-day running of contracts and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
Sourcing and managing local labour for site-based work
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Liaising with clients, ensuring smooth project delivery
Supporting with estimating tasks (highly desirable but not essential)

Responsibilities:
To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups
Ensure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of RAMS, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, clients and end users
Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance.
Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisations
Manage the client service delivery, which is spread over several locations, by ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner
Agree and maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract
Set, monitor and control SLA's and KPI's seeking opportunities to provide added value across the delivery stakeholders
Ensure mobile personnel manage the contract to the agreed SLA's and KPI's as they apply to technical and related services.
Work with the mobile teams in planning, implementing and monitoring the standards of all works relating to the Project schedule and all reactive works
Accountable for the financial performance of the contract and the review of the monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the Commercial Management team and Directors as necessary
Develop and Monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews
