We're on the lookout for a

NPD Manufacturing Supervisor

to oversee our New Product Development, manufacturing operations. Located onsite at our Manufacturing HQ, you will become a key player in a progressive business and dedicated team

This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with a strong background in production, manufacturing, or joinery processes, who's ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement across the team/department

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior NDP Manager, you will oversee the full production process from organising and ordering inbound raw materials to ensuring products and components are produced and ready for assembly

Key elements of the role require you to:

Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth, efficient operations Lead, support, and motivate a small team in new product development and production Manage stock control, workflow planning, and ensure quality standards are met Identify and implement process improvements for productivity, safety, and quality in alignment with senior management (as required) Maintain a hands-on presence in the workshop, supporting wherever needed

About You:

Experience in manufacturing, new product development/production, or joinery, ideally timber-based would be a huge bonus Proven ability to mentor and lead a team and manage end-to-end processes Strong organisational and problem-solving skills A proactive, sleeves-rolled-up attitude--you lead by doing Comfortable reporting to senior managers and working collaboratively Committed to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
