Role Overview:
As a Nurse Associate, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, providing excellent care and supporting a wide range of services for our patient population. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in general practice and contribute meaningfully to community healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient group
Support patients with managing long-term conditions and promoting healthy lifestyles
Undertake clinical tasks such as wound care, phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, and health checks
Administer immunisations and vaccinations (training can be provided)
Carry out cervical cytology if trained (training can be provided)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Desirable Skills (Training Can Be Provided):
Cervical cytology
Immunisation and vaccination proficiency
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Nurse Associate on the NMC register
Experience in a healthcare or primary care setting is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible and proactive approach to patient care
Committed to ongoing professional development
