Up to 50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Full-Time - 40 hours per week (Flexible across days and occasional nights)

Are you an experienced RGN with strong leadership skills and a passion for high-quality care? We are currently seeking a

Nurse Home Manager

to lead and manage our nursing home, ensuring excellence in clinical care and compliance with CQC standards.

What We're Looking For:



Over 5 years of experience working in a nursing home environment Valid

NMC PIN

and registered as an

RGN

CQC-registered manager

or eligible for registration Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Your Role Will Involve:



Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home Ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance Leading and developing a dedicated team of staff Maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
