Salary:

65,000 per year (Salaried)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Nurse Home Manager

to lead and oversee the daily operations of our care home. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives while managing a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage all aspects of the care home's operations, ensuring compliance with

CQC standards

and relevant care regulations. Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Oversee recruitment, retention, and training programs for all team members. Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in care quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years' experience managing or co-managing a care/nursing home. NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) preferred. In-depth knowledge of

CQC standards

and care regulations. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong financial acumen and organisational abilities.
