Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the care home.
Ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead and support staff, promoting a positive working environment.
Oversee budgeting, staffing, and operational planning.
Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualified nurse (RGN/RMN).
Minimum 5 years' experience as a home manager.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage care homes successfully.
