Key Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a nursing home.
Applicants with Deputy Manager experience stepping up to a Manager role will also be considered.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home.
Ensure residents receive high-quality, personalised care.
Lead, support, and mentor nursing and care staff.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
