Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all
CQC standards
and care regulations.
Recruit, retain, and develop staff while fostering a positive team culture.
Deliver exceptional standards of care and resident satisfaction.
Manage budgets effectively, demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in clinical governance.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years' experience managing a large care setting
.
Proven leadership skills with experience in staff recruitment, retention, and performance development.
In-depth knowledge of
CQC standards
and care sector regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
NMC registration desirable but not essential.
Commercial acumen with the ability to manage resources effectively.
