About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Nurse Manager

to lead and oversee the daily operations of our care home. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and governance, while fostering a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the care home's daily operations Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent inspection outcomes Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing and care team Promote a safe, caring, and person-centred environment for residents Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans Work closely with external professionals, residents, and families

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a care home Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a successful track record Preferably NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential) Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
