Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the care home's daily operations
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent inspection outcomes
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing and care team
Promote a safe, caring, and person-centred environment for residents
Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans
Work closely with external professionals, residents, and families
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a care home
Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a successful track record
Preferably NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
