Regional across Northern Ireland
63,000 Per annum

This role will require you to manage in different homes giving you the opportunity to experiance management in a range of homes galvinizing your experiance as a Nurse Manager. This will give you experience managing different care categories in different homes.

The role:

• You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
• Leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home
• To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals
• Maintain a consistently high Standard of clinical and social care.
• Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate
• Ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.

What we're looking for:

• You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
• 1 years experiance in a Regional role
• A Valid NMC Pin
