Job Description

Lead and motivate a clinical team, including bank, agency, and specialist nurses, to deliver against KPIs. Ensure effective service delivery, even during contingencies. Support and facilitate team development through training, performance reviews, and succession planning. Identify and implement service improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.

Maintain your clinical competence to provide field support and patient visits when required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes. Provide on-call support for out-of-hours clinical services. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS and third-party providers.

Deliver clear, insightful reports and track progress against key performance indicators. Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, including NMC standards and company policies. Document all patient interactions accurately and in accordance with company/client policies. Stay updated with industry compliance, policies, and professional development.
