One Health Lewisham have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.


You will be supporting our new and exciting Homeless Health Outreach Service and you may be asked to support other services within the organisation. You will need to have at least 5 years experience post HCPC registration to be considered. One Health Lewisham are also willing to sponsor your ACP qualification!

Job role:

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for triaging patients, performing investigative procedures when required and sign-posting patients to the appropriate community service. You will bring your clinical assessment skills, ability to diagnose and treat patients, as well as your enthusiasm to the role. A full list of duties can be found in the job description attached.

Hours or work:

12 hours per week

Pay:

58,000 pa + 4000pa weekend work allowance pa.
