Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events to optimise operational efficiency
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation with attention to detail
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
Support team members with clerical duties to ensure seamless workflow
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management using QuickBooks
Ensure all administrative processes comply with organisational standards and policies
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document management systems
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for efficient document preparation
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
Previous clerical experience in a busy office environment is advantageous
