Job Description

An opportunity for someone who is who has experience in Administration and is passionate about delivering quality customer service to join us as a Nursery Administrator. The role is a temporary Maternity cover position starting in March or April 2026.

The following working options are available;

29000 Salary working Full Time, 40 hours per week 23200 Salary working 4 days, 32 hours per week with a Wednesday off

Hourly Rate = 13.94

Our Nursery Administrators support the day to day administration and customer service responsibilities for all nursery management teams, supporting our safe and stimulating environments. You will have passion and enthusiasm for high standards of service and care, with a clear understanding of policies and procedures.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience within Administration or Support At least 4 GCSE's including English and Maths Advanced IT Skills, including Payroll, Accounting, CRM and Marketing Experience developing and using Administrative systems Experience reconciling complex accounts with an excellent attention to details Great communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. Good timekeeping, organisation and reliability.
