Nursery And Afterschool Cook
Job Description
The Barn Nursery & Preschool/wrap-around care is looking for a cook. The hours would be 2 pm until 6 pm Monday to Thursday, and 2 pm until 5.30 pm on a Friday term term-time only.
You must have experience of working in a kitchen and hold a level 3 in food hygiene.
Your duties would include
Preparing and cooking fresh meals for all children.
Managing the children's dietary preferences and allergies.
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
Stock rotation.
Previous experience of working as a cook in a kitchen is essential. High standards of cleaning are a priority
You will be working alongside the management in designing new menus and developing exciting and tasty dishes for our children to enjoy.
You must have a very good knowledge and understanding of allergens and control - especially for children.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Leeds LS19 7DW: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
