What You'll Do

Join in the fun by helping to plan and lead exciting activities that spark curiosity and a love for learning. Support children as they play, learn, and make new friends in a safe, inspiring nursery environment. Build fantastic relationships with children, families, and your teammates, making everyone feel welcome and valued. Keep an eye on children's progress and well-being, sharing observations with your mentor and the team. Pitch in with routines like mealtimes, outdoor play, creative crafts, and story sessions. Learn best practices in childcare, including health, safety, and safeguarding--all while having fun! Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities that promote learning and development in children. Support the lead educators in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for all children. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of early childhood education practices. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting, ensuring all resources are well-managed. Hands-On Learning: Get stuck in with on-the-job experience--no two days are ever the same! Study with Support: We'll help you work towards a nationally recognised childcare qualification, with time for coursework built right into your week. Pay: 17,500.00-20,000.00 per year
