Job Description

We are looking to recruit a level 3 nursery assistant / SENCO to support children attending our lovely nursery.

We are looking for applicants who have knowledge and experience of working with children who have additional needs in a nursery environment. We are looking for candidates who can bring, smiles, creativity, reassurance and positivity. A key skill for this role is excellent communication skills with team members, outside agencies and families. This post is full time (40 hours) with shifts across Monday to Friday 7:40 - 6:00

Applicants will need to be able to complete accurate observations and reports. Experience of using iConnect is preferable but full training can be given.

Professional development training, including SEN training courses with Telford and Wrekin council, is advantageous although further training can be accessed.

The post holder would work closely with parents and outside agencies to support the children in their care.

We aim to offer all children an inclusive nursery experience and the post holder would work closely with other staff members to provide the very best nursery experience for the children in their care.

All positions with our company are subject to an Enhanced DBS and reference checks.

Pay: Up to 26,520.00 per year
