About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring

Nursery Assistants

to join our supportive nursery in

Reading, RG10

.

This role offers the opportunity to begin or develop your career in early years, with full training and career progression available. Our nurseries provide nature-rich environments where children aged 6 months to 5 years can learn and grow through fun, outdoor-focused play.

Please note: due to limited transport links, a

driver's licence is essential

for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework Assist in planning and delivering engaging indoor and outdoor activities Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

About You

Minimum 1 year experience in a UK nursery or childcare role

A driver with access to transport (or living locally in Reading) Passion for early years and outdoor learning Keen to gain a childcare qualification while working Eligible to work in the UK (DBS required)
