Overview
We are two Reggio-inspired, mixed-aged, free-flow, Ofsted Outstanding nurseries. Our nurseries offer state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious rooms indoors with fabulous outdoor areas and access to the best equipment/resources.
We are looking for an energetic, dynamic and creative member of staff with a caring attitude, to assist our fantastic team in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children.
Responsibilities
:
- Being positive, confident and honest
- Being great at giving cuddles, experienced at wiping noses, silly when reading stories, happy to sing out loud (in or out of tune) and fun whilst playing with the children on the rug in the room and outdoors in our garden
- Having boundless imagination and unlimited enthusiasm
- Holding the skills to inspire and enrich a young child's life
- Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirement policies and practices
- Be a dedicated team player, and value the experience and skills of your colleagues
- Continually striving to work together to deliver the very best care and education for the children
- Supporting colleagues with empathy and care
- Plan and implement indoor and outdoor activities to promote learning and development
Qualifications:
- A qualification in childcare is desirable, however a genuine interest in working with and helping the development and education of young children is our greatest priority.
- Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting would be an advantage
but we will consider applicants new to the sector
.
- Good communication skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:
The role of Bank Staff offers you total flexibility in regards to hours, working as little, or as much as you wish!
We have the following options available so you can choose :
Full Days
- 8 am-6 pm with an hour for lunch.
Half Days
- Either mornings 8 am-1 pm or afternoons 1 pm-6 pm.
