Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Bank Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to children in our nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being while fostering a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily care and supervision of children within the nursery. Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observe and record children's progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all children. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is desirable but not essential. A relevant qualification in childcare or early years education would be an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the nursery and its children.
