Maintaining accurate and effective records

Requirements for this role:
Qualified in cookery or two years commercial cookery experience
Enthusiasm, self-motivation and commitment combined with a real passion for food
Great communication and administrative skills
Ideally experience of special diets' procedures, including allergies and preference diets
Ideally trained in cookery and or food safety
Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced criminal records check (DBS) and full pre-employment checks
