Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation and ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages as needed. Provide excellent service by presenting dishes attractively and promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with meal preparation processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation. A team player who communicates effectively with colleagues and contributes positively to the work atmosphere. Pay: 12.75-13.00 per hour
