We're now looking for a

passionate Deputy Nursery Manager

to join our Aylestone team - someone who's ready to make a difference every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

Running the nursery alongside the Manager, ensuring high standards every day Leading by example - motivating, coaching, and developing your team Taking responsibility for safeguarding, health & safety, and daily operations when needed Supporting with planning and delivering exciting activities under the EYFS framework Handling nursery admin - from registers and staffing to admissions and reporting

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who's not just qualified - but genuinely passionate about early years and leadership.

Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) Previous senior nursery experience (Deputy, Third-in-Charge, or Room Leader) Confident leadership and people skills - you love bringing out the best in others Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, Ofsted, and nursery best practice Paediatric First Aid & Safeguarding (or willingness to refresh)

Salary starting from 28,000

(depending on experience & qualifications)
