We are seeking someone who has:
NVQ Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent) Appropriate EYFS experience. Good numeracy and literacy skills An approachable manner and good communication skills An understanding of different pupil needs and how to meet them Can create engaging and fun learning environments which stimulate curiosity, creativity and independence A willingness to learn and develop their skills
