The Role:

An Ofsted 'Good' rated early years setting that provides exceptional care and education to their children is looking for a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join the team.

We're looking for someone to:

Create a warm, stimulating, and safe learning environment Help to plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development Observe, assess, and record children's progress Build positive relationships with children and parents Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure high-quality care Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and safeguarding procedures Support your team, and uphold positive working relationships and be an effective role model

Essential Criteria:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Knowledge of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/Inclusion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of early childhood development Support safe, high-quality education and care for the children
