Our Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, managing staff, promoting safeguarding practices, and ensuring the well-being of the children in the daycare.

This is an excellent opportunity for a current Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced Deputy Manager to take the next step in their career!

Salary:

Up to30,000pa / 16.00ph (Depending on experience/qualifications)

Days/Hours:

36 hours per week, 4 days a week (with Wednesdays off) Shifts between 8am-6pm All Year Round / Permanent

Nursery Manager Responsibilities

Supporting the operation of the nursery Ensuring that company safeguarding procedures are adhered to Ensuring that the nursery environment is kept to a high standard at all times Coaching and mentoring the staff teams

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Have previous experience in a nursery managerial role

Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children skills Strong communication skills Experience in managing a nursery or childcare facility Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations and policies Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible Be eligible to work in the UK
