The Ark Les Enfants Nursery and Forest School is seeking a passionate and experienced

Nursery Manager

to guide our dedicated team and continue our mission of nurturing confident, curious and capable children.

As Nursery Manager, you'll take pride in ensuring the nursery runs smoothly, supporting your team to deliver high-quality care and education. You'll bring enthusiasm, vision and professionalism, while promoting inclusive practice and demonstrating a strong understanding of SEND to ensure every child's individual needs are met.

We're looking for:

Proven experience

in a nursery management or leadership role A

minimum Level 3 qualification

in Early Years (Level 5 preferred) Sound knowledge of the

EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements

Strong experience supporting children with

SEND

Excellent leadership

, organisation and communication skills
