The Role

As Nursery Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the smooth and successful running of the nursery. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic oversight, ensuring excellence in every area of practice and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, curriculum, budgets, and administration Lead the delivery of a high-quality EYFS curriculum Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards are met and exceeded Recruit, inspire, and develop a motivated, high-performing team Build positive relationships with families and the wider community Manage occupancy levels and contribute to financial success Maintain inspection readiness and drive continuous improvement
About You

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable) Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills A genuine passion for providing inclusive, high-quality childcare
