Nursery Manager

to lead our well-established nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the learning and development of young children while leading a committed and high-performing team.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and strategic leadership of the setting. This is a hands-on management role where you will ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a safe, nurturing environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including staffing, curriculum delivery, financial management, and administration Ensure high standards in the delivery of the EYFS framework Maintain full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements Recruit, manage, and develop a passionate and professional team Build strong relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community Drive occupancy levels and support the nursery's commercial performance Ensure inspection readiness and promote continuous quality improvement

About You

A minimum of a

Level 3 qualification in Early Years

(Level 5 or above preferred) Proven experience as a

Nursery Manager

or

Deputy Manager

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding protocols, and Ofsted regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A passion for delivering inclusive, high-quality childcare Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
