Nursery Manager

to lead an established setting where children are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role



As Nursery Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the operational, educational, and strategic success of the nursery. Working alongside a skilled and committed team, you'll ensure excellence in early years practice, staff development, and compliance with all relevant standards.

Key responsibilities include:



Managing all aspects of nursery operations--staffing, planning, administration, and budgeting Leading and overseeing the delivery of an ambitious, child-centred curriculum in line with the EYFS Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements are consistently met Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing staff team Promoting individualised learning to support each child's growth and development Monitoring occupancy and driving financial performance Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners Ensuring the nursery is always inspection-ready and committed to continuous improvement

About You



We're looking for a confident and capable nursery professional who can lead by example and inspire excellence throughout the team.

You will have:



A

Level 3 qualification

in Early Years Education (Level 5 or above preferred)

Proven leadership experience

in a nursery setting, ideally as a Deputy or Manager Strong working knowledge of the

EYFS

, safeguarding requirements, and Ofsted standards Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills A proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
