We are currently looking to appoint a Nursery Manager - Business and Operations to join Park Hill Nursery.
As our Nursery Manager - Business and Operations, you will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations of the nursery. Working alongside other staff you will lead on areas such as administration, finance, marketing and admissions, health and safety, facilities, compliance, and staff management outside of teaching and learning. Working collaboratively with the Nursery Learning and Development Manager, this role ensures the nursery operates to high standards in both educational delivery and operational excellence.
As our Nursery Manager - Business and Operations you will play a key part in the development of our expanding nursery. Alongside the Nursery Learning and Development Manager you will provide an excellent level of childcare to all of our pupils. You will be passionate about our children's learning, we are looking for a well-qualified individual who are able to join our small family feel team of staff. We would ideally like you to have NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification. Experience as a deputy or manager will be looked upon favourably.
The role will require you to maintain children's safety and wellbeing at all times during attendance at the setting and on trips as we are a very active school. The ability to maintain positive working relationships with relevant internal and external professionals is essential.
An extra level of responsibility and experience is essential. The ability to lead and promote positive behaviour is a must.

If you are able to demonstrate the following we would welcome your application;
Level 3 qualified in Early Years minimum.
Able to inspire our pupils with enthusiasm and a love of learning
Proven experience in a nursery senior leadership role.
Experience with management software systems.
Knowledge of EYFS compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Financial literacy and experience managing budgets.
Monitor progress to enable planning
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
