What You'll Do

As Nursery Manager, you'll be at the heart of our setting. Your role will be wide-ranging and impactful no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating a high-performing team Delivering exceptional care and education in line with EYFS Building strong, trusted partnerships with parents and carers Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards Managing budgets, staffing, and operational strategy Creating a culture of excellence, warmth, and inclusivity

Who We're Looking For

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable) Strong leadership experience within a nursery setting Excellent understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance A natural leader with outstanding communication and organisational skills Someone who is passionate, proactive, and ready to inspire
